Mozartini Duo

Mozartini is a versatile violin and cello duo specialising in creating bespoke programmes of music to fit any occasion.

They provide a rich variety of repertoire from an eclectic range of genres, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, Folk, Pop, Latin, Jazz and Film music. They can help you choose music which is appropriate and meaningful for your event and can take requests of your favourite songs or pieces and arrange them especially for you.

Mozartini have played for weddings in churches, at civil ceremonies, for parties, art exhibitions, events in houses, gardens and rooftops across the UK and France. They were featured on BBC News during the very beginning of the pandemic, for creating innovative live socially distanced concerts outside the homes of people isolating, as part of their work with the World Harmony Orchestra.

Romain and Eleanor are professional musicians and graduates of the Royal College of Music and the Royal Academy of Music.

As a freelance musician Eleanor has performed in prestigious venues such as Buckingham Palace, the Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall, The National Gallery and at festivals in the UK and throughout Europe.

Romain is a versatile freelance cellist who performs with an eclectic range of ensembles and bands. He also gained a Masters in Participatory and Community Arts at Goldsmiths College and developed his 'socio-musical' work, creating the international social enterprise World Harmony Orchestra.

Weddings

With many years experience playing for weddings and also organising our own wedding, we know how daunting the task can seem. We can offer guidance on the choice of music for your wedding, helping you select pieces for before the ceremony, for the entrance, signing of the register and the exit and can also provide music at the reception afterwards.

We have not included timings on our repertoire list because pieces can be adjusted in length by adding or taking away repeats. Music for the entrance, such as Pachelbel’s Canon can be played slower or faster according to your walking pace.

Cuppa Concerts

We also offer concerts and performances under the Cuppa Concerts scheme which can be given at care homes, in healthcare and community settings, or for individuals who would like a visit at their home. We are able to take musical requests in advance.

These concerts can be a beautiful gift to offer to a friend, neighbour or loved one.

Music is a very powerful way to pay tribute to someone.

When your mind is overwhelmed with grief, we can listen and help you choose music which is relevant. It would be an honour for us to arrange favourite songs or pieces, to make the occasion as special and comforting as possible.
